Black Box is hiring an AI Engineer Intern for its AI Center of Excellence (CoE) in Bangalore. This 12-month internship offers final-year engineering students the opportunity to work on real-world enterprise AI projects while learning from experienced AI engineers and architects.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Electronics, or related field).
• Must have approximately one academic year remaining before graduation.
• Available for a full-time, on-site 12-month internship in Bangalore.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python programming.
• Understanding of machine learning and Generative AI fundamentals.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, backend frameworks (Flask/FastAPI), and data preprocessing concepts.
• Basic awareness of cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills with a passion for learning AI technologies.
• Academic or personal projects involving ML, NLP, LLMs, RAG, or prompt engineering are an added advantage.

What You’ll Be Working On:

As an AI Intern, you will contribute to the development of AI-powered solutions using pre-trained Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning techniques, and Generative AI technologies. You will assist in building chatbots, summarization tools, RAG-based applications, backend APIs, and enterprise AI integrations while gaining hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks and cloud technologies.
